Children born with cleft conditions can have difficulties breathing, eating and speaking. In the countries where we work, they have limited access to treatment and are often malnourished, bullied and isolated.

Operation Smile is dedicated to improving the lives of children born with cleft conditions around the world We provide free, life-changing surgery,mobilising our highly accredited medical volunteers and local medical personnel and partnering with local hospital and governments in order to ensure that safe surgery is a right for everyone in need, not a privilege.

In as little as 45 minutes and  for just £150 we can provide one child with the surgery that will change their life forever.
