Hello, I'm Ross Coulman, the Managing Director at IAMTech. In October last year I underwent major back surgery…This year, I've set myself the challenge of conquering the Yorkshire Three Peaks on Friday 7^th June 2024, to raise vital funds for Operation Smile UK.  At Operation Smile, £150 covers the cost of life-changing surgery for a child, I am aiming to raise £500, so every peak I climb will create a new smile! As a parent of a child who was born with a cleft condition, I have a deeply personal connection to Operation Smile’s mission. Their work in providing free surgeries to correct cleft conditions for children around the world is something I am passionate about supporting. Each peak I climb symbolises the obstacles these children overcome every day, and every donation we gather brings us one step closer to giving them the beautiful smiles they deserve.
